This was the big turn around. From my brothers comfy home in Souderton Pa. we head west with the Bad Lands of South Dakota in our sites for the long range view. We headed towards Trexlertown where I raced at the Velodrome back in the late 70' and early 80's. It happened to be a Friday night and we stayed for the races that night under the lights. The parking lot was so comfortable and spacious we decided to just spend the night there.

And now for a few random photos we took along the way from Trexlertown through PA Amish country through Ohio and up through Michigan along the western shoreline of Lake Michigan. North to Macinaw City and over the bridge to the upper peninsula, and west through Minnesota.

Finally got my cream filled donut, but
it so packed with sweet cream it took me three sessions to finish it

"Why do you fly outside the box?"
"I fly outside the box because I can."
"But we know the box. We are
 safe inside the box."
"That , my friend, is why I leave it.
  For you may be safe...
      ...but I AM FREE!"
