This is a very simple website but I've always seen beauty in things that are simple and efficient. I don't find the need for the hype of a slick website or advertising. I haven't advertised my business for many years, and it pretty much runs itself. I sold over 400 business manuals back in the 90's after my business was featured in Bicycling Magazine, May 1991. But now I see this is a better way to help other bicycle mechanics run their own show. One big hurdle is how to get parts at dealer cost. Bicycle distributors will not sell parts to an unknown new mobile bike business. By becoming part of the United Mobile Bicycle Mechanics Group, I can supply a continuing supply of parts and accessories until you can secure distributor contacts for youself. I don't want to be a franchise business, I'm offering to help you get started by building the mobile shop, stocking the parts, tools, accessories and keeeping you stocked until you can make distributor contacts.
